The Process

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation: in our workshop, over the phone, or via email. This helps us to understand your project, space, and ambitions. There's no obligation at this stage; it's simply about getting to know each other and exploring what's possible.

2. Design & Development

Once we've agreed on a direction, we develop a design proposal tailored to your brief. This includes drawings, material samples, and an initial quote. We then refine the design together until it meets your vision. We work primarily in raw aluminium and blackened steel. Both age beautifully and carry the honest character of the workshop.

4. Making

All work is made by hand in our East London workshop. Lead times for bespoke commissions are typically 6–8 weeks from design sign-off, depending on complexity and our current schedule.

5. Pricing

Every commission is quoted individually, based on the scope of the project, materials, and time involved. We generally include all taxes, duties and shipping costs in our initial quote so there are no unexpected additional charges.
