This lamp is a Six Dots interpretation of a classic design. The base is individually sand cast and the shade is hand shaped, formed and welded. Its soft glow creates atmospheric light that reflects off the textured aluminium.
The piece can be made to custom sizes and dimensions. Please get in touch for a custom quotation.
In Six Dot’s signature raw aluminium, the piece blends seamlessly into any colour palette. At every stage of the design, there is a commitment to revealing the hand of the maker. Each grind mark, scratch and scuff tells the story of the tools and hands that created it.
Each piece is handmade in our East London workshop and marked for authenticity. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production.

When will I get my order?
Most of our pieces are made to order.
Our normal lead times are 4-6 weeks. If you have a specific deadline you'd like us to work to please contact us.
If the piece is stated as in stock it will ship out next day.
How do I look after my piece?
Aluminium needs very little maintenance, just keep it away from other metals in a wet environment as it can react with them.
Our steel pieces need to be kept out of wet environments and will occasionally need a top up of natural danish oil to prevent rust.
Can I use this outdoors?
All of our aluminium pieces can be used outdoors (unless they are electrical).
Our range of blackened steel products are not suitable for outdoor or bathroom use.
Can I have this in a different size?
Yes! we can make any piece to any size you require- please contact us for a quote
Will I have to pay tax?
We now ship all of our pieces with taxes fully paid to the UK, EU and US.
